Awesome grooming services! The groomer meets with you one-on-one in a quiet room and really understands your needs!

I take my 1 year old Lab there at least twice a week and on Saturdays. I take him half days so my 5 day pass lasts longer. The staff is very friendly and they care about the dogs. They have the gym which is for the larger dogs and the romper room for small dogs. Would highly recommend. Oh, and although they don't let them out to go the bathroom I've never had any problems with house training.
If you are looking for a climate controlled facility for your dog to play, this is not the place. When I visited and stepped into the area where the dogs "play" I even had a hard time with the heat, and I was just standing there. I can't imagine what the dogs must feel like after playing all day, especially with the heat we have been having. The only "air" they get is from outside when their big garage door is opened. I found that there are other facilities out there that actually are climate controlled and find that they would be much more suitable for my dog.
My dog loves it
I recently brought my two dogs to Playtime Doggie Daycare & Pet Salon to be groomed and felt very satisfied with the service level and experience of the staff. The groomer, owner and staff seemed very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about the well being of my dogs. I was very impressed with the time they took to get to know both mine and my dogs likes and dislikes and answered all of my questions and potential concerns. Again all and all a very good experience that I highly recommend to others.
I went to visit this facility and they were over run with dogs. There are way too many animals for anyone to control. The employees there were all young girls that don't seem to even have much knowledge about dogs. I would be concerned that they would not know how to handle a situation should two or more dogs fight, or should a dog get hurt. I felt very uneasy and would not allow my dog to attend daycare nor be boarded at this place.
