We purchased a Blue Merle Pomsky puppy in December 2016. When we brought her home she had Kennel Cough and was testing positive with Giardia. Luckily, the vet was able to clear these two things up with a round of treatment. The other issue we have been having with her is uncontrollable diarrhea. We have spent over $1,000 trying to get an official diagnoses with no success to date. In addition, she is blind in one eye and has limited hearing. I really feel like we were mislead in buying a sick dog. The store has refused a refund of any kind to date. It's really disappointing. On another note, my ex-husband, also purchased a Blue Pitbull puppy at this store in December and recently has been diagnosed with a level 3 heart murmur. The dog is displaying signs of congestive heart failure and can only be saved by a $5,000 heart surgery. I regret ever purchasing a dog from this store. My kids are devastated that both of their dogs at our house and their Dad's house are deathly sick.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, the animals are well taken care of, and a large selection of products. Great store!

Pet Kare II is an awesome locally owned and operated pet store with an accommodating & personable staff. There is a wide variety of pets and reasonably priced supplies to provide for them. The spacious sales floor makes it easy to find what you are looking for and the knowledgeable sales associates are always eager to help. We have a staffordshire terrier named Mason who loves to choose his own toys and treats but only if hes been a good boy after having his nails clipped by the groomer. We also have a turtle at home who loves the many food options Pet Kare II provides for her. Every visit is an adventure but we wouldnt trust our animals care with anyone but PetKare.

I know the staff at Pet care11 seem to be very caring and I had to bring a puppy back recently and she would run after cars. I called to see if they could let the new owners know and Kristin said she would call them and give them the info. I thought that was wonderful. Plus I got my money back from the puppy even though it was very tragic for me I am happy she found a wonderful home. I know the staff has everything to do with the business. Have good staff and have a good business. Compassion is everything with these precious animals.

I love this place great staff great animals I've bought my dog lizards turtles and fish here I go there almost every day it's probably one of the coolest pet stores I've seen would toataly recommend this place to anyone who loves pets.

I had an awesome experience at Pet Kare. The animals look very well cared for and are comfortable being handled. I adopted a ginea pig from there a couple weeks ago, sweetest thing ever:)

I just purchased a Cavachon from here. She is healthy, lovable and is learning quickly. The staff was friendly.

The dogs are seen once a week by a vet. They are groomed regularly. The staff are very knowledgeable; some of them have been in the pet industry for over 10 years, some of them have been vet techs, some are currently in vet school. The dogs are not for sale if they are exhibiting any signs of illness. The staff truly cares about the animals in their care, you can see it if you spend any time at all talking to any one of them.

I have been in both stores on numerous occassions in the past. My children all love animals and we often spend time looking at them in various stores when buying supplies for our various pets. Every time I've looked at the dogs, I have questioned the conditions they are kept in. It seems that from reading the various posts, many people have found out about substandard care and lack of knowledge about breeds and temperment too late. This is the reason that my children and I no longer shop in stores who buy from breeders to sell. We now prefer to rescue our pets from shelters. The staff at the shelters are knowledgable, and they are truly looking for good homes for the animals. It does not benefit them in any way to place animals in unfit situations so they are careful to match pets with each owners situations and personalities. They have always been up front about any potential complications and insist on spaying and neutering to reduce pet overpopulation. It's also cheaper!

When people write opinions they are entirely entitled to do so, that is why there are review sites. Whenever you purchase an animal you should most certainly do your part to make sure that you are financially prepared as well as mentally. I am sure these stores care about the animals and are trying to do their part in making sure that they are healthy and get good homes. When you go to adopt a child you don't say, "I don't want a child from the slums(mills)." You take that child and love them no matter what. The Stores have a warranty with all their animals to help protect them from people who buy animals and aren't prepared for them. The stores are also there to provide you a service if you don't like that service or where the animals come from maybe you should ask before you buy the animal, and educate yourself about what really happens instead of looking up the breeder and only finding bad things out about them. Not enough people write good things.

They get their pets from puppy mills! It is so sad how these puppies are bred and treated. I think that any pet place that receives pets in such ways should be shut down. I feel bad for all the puppies in this store. Hopefully one day they will have a good life...I don't even wanna rate this place as 1 star.

VERY HELPFUL.

We purchased a 4 month old puppy from PET KARE II and found out in about a week that it was aggressive. We tried to take it back, and even offered to pay more money for another dog. they refused to even work with us. They knew we had a small child in the house when we got it. And assured us that it would be okay. The dog turns out to have food and territory aggression.They refused to give my husband the managers name or number or let us even talk to the manager. We have the dog here and have to figure out what to do with him. We called a professional dog trainer, and he said to take the dog back. and not to keep it around a child. Needless to say we are very unhappy with this store!

I purchased a beautiful beagle who was 9 weeks at the time I got him.After having him for 1 week he came down with kennel cough with got so bad that it turned into pneumonia.I was offered by the store to bring him back for a full refund or they would take care of the kennel cough for me for free by force feeding him.I was told by the animal hospital that if I had done that he would of died cause they would of only treated him for the kennel cough.At the moment my puppy is in the hospital for 3 days being treated with oxygen and other meds to get him well.So far my vet bill is up to 2,000 and going strong.So think twice before buying from these stores.Comes to find out my puppy is not the only victim with this condition coming from these stores.
