If negative numbers were available to rate then - I certainly would use them! This is the WORST dry cleaner Ive ever been too! Took two dresses two them that were uneven from a previous seamstress - asked that the dresses both be straightened (the v neckline). They added Ribbon to the neckline instead ??? Ribbon that you use to tie candy bags - 50 cents a roll at Michaels ??? Its not even a fabric edge? Im puzzled as to why they used that. When I inquires about the ribbon the manager got argumentive & refused to give my money back. She was rude & extremely unprofessional. Even argued with me in front of another Customer. Who does this? She threatened to call the cops on me...?? Because I expressed displeasure in the finished product- thats not a police matter thats a lack of customer focus matter. You did that to my dress - own the mistake & do whats right! Dont argue with the Customer and act unprofessional. I decided to leave the store - as Im leaving she yells dont get into an accident on your way home. Who says something like that to a customer or wishes such a thing on someone... and your the face of the business????? Terrible terrible customer service! Lack of professionalism & amateur work! My dress looks like they were done during a third grade arts & crafts class... beware before you take anything here to be altered.

This is the WORST dry cleaners I have ever been to. My clothes literally came back smelling like bile/vomit, and when I brought them back to be re-cleaned I was treated with complete disrespect. Although they promised to clean my garments again, when I picked them up later it was obvious that this was not done (the clothes still smelled horrible and were hanging in the exact spot that they were when I dropped them off.) I will never have my clothes "cleaned" here again. I find it absurd that a dry cleaners can actually make your clothes dirtier than they were when you brought them in.
