Omega is licensed in the State of Delaware to operate the required 99 hour Real Estate Sales Pre-Licensing Course in order to obtain a license to sell real estate. Omega Real Estate School has been in operation for more than 40 years offering both day and evening classes. Omega uses only top-notch instructors, thus we can boast of one of the highest passing percentages for the State Boards. Omega also offers the required continuing education courses for licensed agents. The State requires that licensees complete 21 hours of education every two years. We have Classes for New Agents as well as Experienced Agents. We offer classes are certified in Delaware and many that are approved for Pennsylvania as well.
