Smile Brite Dental Care is by far the best dental office I have ever received care at. The staff is friendly and personable and always greet you with a pleasant smile. The wait time is outstanding. You barely have time to sit down before the hygienist come out to get you. The hygienists are professional and knowledgable and truly care about your dental health. Dr. Bishop is well educated and his dental work is superior. When he arrives in your room, he greets you with a warm smile. Their equipment is state-of-the-art and their technology is greatly advanced. The office is immaculate and well maintained. Thank you Smile Brite for always making my dental visit enjoyable.

I've been coming here for a very long time and I have to say that everyone is nice as can be. They have always bent over backwards to make sure that I'm taking care of.

I've had many dental repairs here and I've always been very satisfied with the end results. I would never consider going to another dentist.

Working with Dr. Bishop and the staff at smile brite is a real pleasure. They're very attentive and always on time. They're opening a new office shorty in Bear, DE too! I can't wait to see it.

Hygenists seem nice and competent at first visit. However, on 2nd visit a week later, (I brought my child back to get cavity filled), my appointment time was rescheduled for their convience. I came at the new time, to help them out, and they said I had missed the correct time. On top of that, they informed me that "made a decision as a team" not to fill in my child's cavity- b/c they knew we were moving. So, not only did I waste my morning and get treated badly for moving my schedule to accomodate theirs, my 5 year old did not get his cavity filled. AWFUL. No patient rites acknolwedged, no thought to my 5 year olds feelings, no thought for his health. (When you move and change care, dental procedures cannot occur until a waiting period.) On top of that, while I was waiting every patient that returned to the office was told that they had cavities to fill. Every single one. That place is more of a money making racket than a dentist.
