My treatment with Dr Yacoub of Comprehensive Neurology Center was the worst I have received at any medical institution in my entire life. Over the 3 or 4 months I attempted to see the doctor, my appointments were routinely cancelled by the Doctor's staff. Out of 9 or 10 scheduled appointments, I was only able to see the doctor on 3 occasions. The remaining appointments were cancelled with me being given no more then an hour notice -this after I had reserved off work to keep my appointment. During this time, I persistently endured throbbing head pain with little results from the treatment I received. I would consistently have problems getting my prescriptions sent over to my pharmacy and would have to call the staff multiple times to finally get things resolved. And not that it mattered, for nothing prescribed proved of much help. Yet I couldn't get in to have my prescriptions changed, for my appointments were repeatedly cancelled. And I would spend weeks without any help or care.

Dr Yacoub is very caring and thorough.
