I just got my dress from RK BRIDAL! As a plus size bride size 28W all I can say is I had a wonderful experience and its all because of my consultant CHERYL!!! She made me feel comfortable and she said from the beginning of the appointment lets get your wedding dress and she did. She knew exactly what was going to fit and look great on me. She was wonderful!!!! She helped take everything on and off. She also must of brought about 15 dresses to the room. I was shocked how many dresses she brought in cause I went to another store and they only had 3 in my size. Thank the lord i found the perfect dress. Thank you Cheryl and RK bridal!

Olga is the best. She asked me which dresses I were interested in and she asked me another question that the previous salons didn't bother to ask....what style was I looking for. She pulled a few more dresses that she recommended for the style I was looking for. She pulled MY dress!!! It was a sample and she saved me way more than I thought I could save. The sample was in good enough condition. I don't have to take it in much. It had exactly everything I wanted on one dress. Olga was patient and showed me all my other options. I went on a Sunday and I don't see where anyone says that it's extra busy. It's as busy as other salons. I even came close to closing to purchase the dress as I didn't purchase the same day and Olga was still able to accommodate me and let me try on the dress on 2 separate occasions (one day for my sister and the final time for my ). I love this place because it was straightforward and the consultant looked to save me money and find what I wanted.

I had such a wonderful experience purchasing my wedding dress at RK Bridal. I couldn't have asked for a better consultant - Jo is the best. She genuinely enjoys what she does and wants to see brides look their best. After I found the dress I was looking for, it just so happened to be the first dress I tried on and the first dress I picked out on the rack, Jo was as thrilled for me as my mom and friend were. I am glad I got the dress I wanted and had an enjoyable time.

I had a wonderful experience this past Satuday. I wasn't expecting quality service when I began trying on wedding dresses, especially since it was a saturday. I did not know what style wedding dress I wanted, and it took me over 30 minutes to make a decision but my bridal attendant, Janice, went above and beyond to help me. She didn't rush me along. My experience at RK Bridal was excellent and I accredit it entirely to Janice.

ASK FOR CHERYL!!! rk bridal isn't a fancy bridal salon but the selection is great and most importantly- they have Cheryl! It was a god send that a got her as my consultant because she helped me find a dream dress for WAY below my budget. All I had to do was show her an image of my "dream dress", which was way out of my budget and she immediately ran around like a Tasmanian devil all over the store pulling out dresses within my budget (or under) that were beautiful and exactly my taste. After being frustrated from other stores where all I saw were cheap and ugly or beautiful and expensive dresses, I found myself having to choose between different options. I ended up buying a gorgeous dress for a ridiculous price thanks to Cheryl's efforts and good friendly advice.

Jo was a wonderful consultant and I can't praise her enough. She approached me and asked me if I needed help even before she was assigned to be my consultant. When she was finally assigned to me, I told her what I was looking for and she pulled numerous dresses, each in the direction of what I wanted. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Jo. Jo was a wonderful listener (and addressed both my needs and my mother's) and also had a great eye. She wasn't afraid to share her honest opinion. She did not try to push me to to purchase the the more expensive dress. All in all, Jo really made an otherwise potentially stressful experience to be a pleasant and enjoyable one!! 5 stars for my consultant Sheryl. She is amazing. I went on a Friday morning as soon as they opened and had a fitting room immediately. I met Sheryl and explained to her what I was looking for. She brought in a number of dresses matching my exact description. At the end, Sheryl found MY DRESS! She was very honest, attentive, and sweet. I could not have done it without her. If you decide to go to RK Bridal, I recommend that you ask for Sheryl. I can't wait to go back and pick up my dress!

Good selection of prom dresses. Found what we wanted here after appointments, poor selection and rudeness at several other dress shops. You get a consultant, a dressing room and time. Great overall experience. Prices are pretty good. Left NYC happy!

When I first walked in I was overwhelmed. There are dresses everywhere and very little help was available. But, once I got into the dressing room and met with Sheryl (my consultant) the experience was completely different. She was extremely helpful and sweet. She pulled out more dresses for me based on her observation, gave me different sashes for different dresses. She made the experience complete. I ended up choosing a dress she pulled out for me and everyone that went with me loved the dress and the consultant. Sheryl was great and made the experience worth while.

When shopping for dresses, it was very difficult because I was always drawn to the most expensive gown in the store. I have heard horror stories about people buying a dress on line and it shows up ripped, dirty, or even the wrong style. But RK assured me they work directly with the manufactures and don't sell knock-offs. I found the perfect dress in Dallas but it was more than I wanted to spend. I went to RK and they sold it for much cheaper. I placed the order and got my dress in perfect condition in 6 weeks (the bridal store told me it would be 4-6 months). It's a great way to save some $$!!
