We are currently actively engaged in the development of multiple asset classes in NEW York city. We have established and maintained a strong track record in the industry. We pursue OUR projects using a combination of OUR OWN capital and relationships with a variety of commercial real estate lenders and Banking institutions. OUR fundamental approach places an emphasis on capital preservation and risk management. OUR astute selection process allows US to leverage OUR experience and maintain a consistent continued growth through multiple real estate cycles.
