Rosa Mexicano, founded in 1984, is a group of Mexican-style restaurants. Its menu features a range of award-winning signature dishes, including guacamole en molcajete served with homemade chips and corn tortillas. The restaurants are also famous for grilled boneless short ribs served with charro beans and roast duck layered between soft tortillas. Rosa Mexicano s restaurants feature handcrafted furnishings, red terrazzo stone slabs, hammered metal panels and water walls made of glue glass tiles.
