My cat had severe diarrhea and vomitting a day after seeing Dr. Bunning, and contracted ear mites, both of which he never had before in his entire life. She did not wear gloves during the examination. Furthermore, she never returned my calls and has since refused to renew the medication she prescribed unless I pay for another office visit. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a vet.
Dr. Cara Bunning has been described as the Dr. Doolittle of NYC. If you are wondering who is the best vet to take care of your furry loved one, look no more. Dr. Bunning and her phenomenally well-trained staff love your animal as much as you do. They share your joy and pain, and love your pet through anything. They are devoted no matter what time of day and will do everything to give your pet the very best care and help you make the most informed decisions. The office is warm and cozy, and the exam rooms are so clean "you could eat off the floor." Don't have a pet but want to adopt? Visit Dr. Bunning and the little ones needing homes. The office is located at 71st Street and 2nd Avenue; if you have to take a bus or cab to get there, do it. Don't go to a vet just because they are close to your home. Your pet is worth more.
