THE WORSSSSSTTTTT COMPANY YOU CAN HIRE!!!! STAY AWAY!!! I recently got my apartment renovated & was looking for some detail-oriented and deep cleaning services before I moved in. I spoke to the company 3 times before they came & explained everything I needed done. When I spoke to the receptionist Natalie, she initially took an entire day just to let me know if they could come and then told me they would send a field supervisor for me since I needed some intensive cleaning. She said it would be a minimum of 3 hours. I even spoke to the manager Mario & he assured me everything would be ok. The morning they were finally coming in, the guy (Irving) arrived 30 min late with no notice. Then when I finally got there, I saw he only came with a book bag and asked where the rest of his supplies were. He said he had everything in the book bag. I asked him then how are you going to clean the floors and he said I have a swifter Jesus. Lol When I spoke with the company, the only thing they said they could not bring was a vacuum but since I put in all floors that wasnt an issue. However my 1st Contractor didnt cover the floors and got paint and plaster all over the place. My 2nd Contractor scrubbed most of it off but there was still some left. I explained all of this to them prior to them coming. So now since Irving didnt have a mop or a way thoroughly wash the floors or the stainless steel cleaner for the appliances, I told him to wait so I can speak to the manager Mario. He walked around the apartment while I made calls back and forth to the office. Then Natalie gets annoyed because Im upset and asks, So what do you want a broom?. I was floored so I hung up. I called back and spoke to Mario & as I was speaking to him, Irving tries to leave and tells me he is leaving because he has things to do even though he was booked until 3pm. He just left me hanging in my apartment. Spoke to Mario & He said he would send someone (Walter) to look at my apartment. Now this is where I was offered a discount and then a comp cleaning For the following day. Now I thought Walter there was to see what cleaning supplies he would need. Instead he comes, looks at everything and said Ok Mario will call you with an estimate lol I literally was going to blow a fuse. An estimate? After you send someone who arrives late, is unprepared & doesnt have the right materials and has an attitude. I said no we spoke about that. Fast forward a couple of hours, NO CALL. I had to call AGAIN. Now he said Walter says I need 2 cleaners & 7 hours a piece!!!! lol I have a 1 bedroom apartment & NO FURNITURE!!!!! Why do you need 14 hours & 2 people to clean an empty apartment??? Please explain what kind of slug rate you have to be going to need that amount of time and manpower. He said he was still working on it And now maybe they would onlyCharge me for 7 hours and 1 person.So I went from 1 person for 3 hours, to 1 person for 6 hours, to 2 people for 7 hours a piece totaling 14 hours for an empty 1 bedroom apartment!!! Here I am, 11 hours after my appointment was scheduled, and I had to call back again to be told they had no one to come clean my apartment and the van he promised me that had the supplies they need is not working tomorrow. Lol Im so angry its just funny to me. Ive never in my life dealt with such incompetence & lack Of customer service. Mind you I left my credit card with them on file so payment was already set & I took the day off of work to be available. Please do yourself a favor and stay as far away from these people as you can! Just ridiculous!!!
