Due to the governs t shut down I needed to resubmit a couple documents. Its easy promptly got in touch with me and alerted me to the situation. I chose 6-9 day service... and even with the hold up, it took 3 working days to get me new issue passport! SO impressed. Thank you SO much Its easy! Real life saver!!!

I contacted It's Easy and they assured me that their company could get me one. Within 3 days they contacted me to let me know the visa was processed and being shipped back to me. After having called other expedite visa services and having heard them tell me that its impossible to get me a visa within 12 hours, I found itseasy online. I called them and they said I had 90% chance of getting a visa in time for my flight. I came to their office Monday morning, filled out some paperwork and was out within half hour. 7 hours later I picked up my visa to Brazil for my flight that same night. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them for their services!

Fast and efficient. It really is easy. The only thing I would have like to be able to sit down while completing the form on the computer. Because of health issues it was uncomfortable to have to stand, leaning over a lap top. But I have given the web site/address and phone number to all my colleagues at work. From my first visit to picking up my documents, less than 45 minutes total combine time in both visits.

These guys are first class! Not only are they incredibly competent, efficient, and quick, they are also very personable. I had a terrible experience recently where Fed Ex actually lost my passport, 3 days before I had to leave for Brazil on business. I originally blamed Itseasy for the mishap, and was not very friendly on the phone to them. Once we figured out what had happened though, the boss himself, and the second in command both mobilized to get me out of my mess. They spent one entire day with me, going from passport agency, to office, to consulate, just so I could get off on my trip on time. Excellent service. Used them on two separate occasions for visas to China, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. The visa for Uzbekistan required multiple visits by the agent handling our application. She notified me promptly each time additional documentation was required by the Consulate. I will use them again in the future.
