do not use trinity Business services unless you want to get audited by the IRS. Jackie Geronimo and her staff have a problem with returning phone calls. You get nothing but excuses every time you call when you have a problem. Eight members of my family were using Jackie Geronimo for tax prep over the last few years. Two of my brothers had major problems with the RETURNS that she done for them. Now my one brother is being audited by the IRS for false Claims that Jackie has put on his return. From 2011 to present. She refuses to answer the phone or help with this situation. She did the same thing a year ago to my other brother. Now we will she how she responds in court!!. Don't ne fooled by the letter she gives you with your return saying she will defend you against the IRS!!! Don't use Trinity business services unless you want to get a call from the IRS!!!!
