Being in operation since 1978, RMG Investigations has been serving the insurance defense industry. Based in New York, N.Y., it carries out a variety of investigations in medical, legal and dental malpractice, general, auto, liquor law, construction liability and construction defect, errors and omissions, directors and officers, public officials and employer's liability, police professional, Jones Act, etc. The firm carries out other specialty investigations, such as fraud, surveillance, background and activity checks, witness location and financial checks. Some of the others services include third party administration/claims management, trial preparation, mediation attendance and excess and reinsurance file review.
