The furniture is first class, however, dealing with the sales people, whom they call "designers" is a disaster. After careful consideration of our budget and timing, we ordered a mission style sofa 3 months before Thanksgiving, to make sure we have it for the guests. We were told the furniture would be in within 6-8 weeks. After 6 weeks have passed, I asked for an update. I got a response that there was a delay with the wood, but we'll definitely get it before the holiday. A week before the holiday, I emailed the designer again. I did not get a response. This week (the week of Tx), I phoned and got informed by a lady who is in direct contact with the distributor that my order is on hold indefinitely because the leather I ordered is oversold. This information was something I would have expected to have reached me as soon as that was known to them. Instead, even when the designer knew about it (the lady told me she told him) he still did not email me. Unprofessional.
