Established in 1991, Splash is one of the busiest gay nightclubs in New York City. The club maintains a 10,000-square-foot facility and is equipped with advanced lighting systems and video displays. It showcases performances by guest performers, including Brittney Spears, Betty Buckley, Taylor Dane, Patti Labelle, Cyndi Lauper, Grace Jones and Jennifer Holliday. Splash also organizes DJ nights by a range of artists that includes Alex Lauterstein, Billy Carroll, Brett Henrichsen, Chris Cox, David Knapp, Frankie Knuckles, Hex Hector, Manny Lehman, Max Rodriguez, Paulo, Susan Morabito and Tracy Young. The club offers a lounge for parties, holiday gatherings and corporate events. In addition, Splash s facility has been used as a location for various television programs, feature films and documentaries.
