This is an exclusive indoor cycling studio. (Spinning) Most of the instructors are great. The facility is state of the art and spa-like, but there are no showers. The workout is an intense body and mind experience, with a yoga vibe. You can rent spinning shoes for $3 which isn't bad but the sessions can add up at about $25 per 45 minutes.
