I am an Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the NYU School of Medicine and a Training and Supervising Psychoanlyst at the Institute for Psychoanalytic Education an Affiliate of NYU Medical Center. I am a psychiatrist(M.D.) with more than 40 years of experience treating patients with anxiety disorders, social anxiety, panic disorders, ADHD, depression, adjustment reactions,and interpersonal issues. I am a dynamically oriented therapist/psychoanalyst who prescribes medication when needed, but only if neccessary.I configure the treatment to the needs of the patient to acheive the best results in the optimum period of time. I work with patients who have insurance that allows them to see a doctor of their choice, i.e. "out of network", to make the treatment affordable.
