Sam Flax is a licensed physical therapist that grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. Sam attended Salisbury University, playing soccer for their mens team prior to transferring to University of Maryland where he completed his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. Sam went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Long Island University in Brooklyn.Sam has clinical experience within many areas of physical therapy including pediatrics, neurological, and orthopedics. Sam provides high quality treatment each session using evidence based interventions and staying up to date with the most current research. Sam has a strong interest in biomechanics, corrective exercise, and soft tissue mobilization which serves as a foundation to allow all individuals to reach the highest level of function. When Sam is not at the office you can go looking on the soccer field, gym, or volunteering with his charity Stand Tall.
