Dr. Samuel Chan, PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro College. As a certified athletic trainer, Sam has worked with a wide range of athletes in the professional, collegiate, and secondary school settings. He blends his knowledge of sports performance and injury prevention to ensure that his clients can continue to move safely, efficiently, and confidently.
