Rothschild Asset Management, formed in 1962, is a registered investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rothschild North America, a holding company that manages the U.S. operations of the Rothschild Group. Rothschild Asset Management manages tax-exempt accounts and offers investment management services in the small, medium and large capitalization areas with value orientations. Each of its products has an asset-based capacity constraint that is based on the capitalization, liquidity and trade volume characteristics of their respective underlying stock universes. Rothschild Asset Management is located in New York City. Apart from providing asset management services, the Rothschild Group also operates various other businesses, including banking and treasury, investment banking and private banking.
