      Founded in 1987, RAND Engineering & Architecture, DPC is a New York City firm that evaluates building systems and designs, specifies, and administers programs for repair, upgrade, restoration, and new construction for residential, commercial, retail, and institutional properties. Our broad range of expertise includes exterior repair and roof replacement; window and door replacement; Facade Inspection Safety Program (FISP, formerly known as LL 11/98); mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; structural engineering; interior renovations; retail and commercial build-outs; building condition surveys; energy audits, and retro-commissioning; historic restoration; and Special Inspections.
