Founded in 1946, Northside Center for Child Development Inc. provides Head Start, Early Head Start, mental health and education services to children and families in Harlem and the Bronx. Based in New York, N.Y., it also offers of services, including therapeutic interventions, diagnostic evaluations, crisis intervention, tutoring and homework help, after school recreational and cultural activities. Additionally, it features a variety of programs for children, the early intervention program, the pre-kindergarten program and the school-age program.
