  Mr. Frome has co-authored a book on the topic of corporate finance techniques and he is equally well versed in representing corporate parties in mergers and acquisitions, and has extensive experience in negotiating PIPEs, SPACs, and reverse mergers. Mr. Frome is a Board Member of HealthCare Services Group, Inc., the nation's largest provider of housekeeping, linen and laundry services to long-term care facilities. He is also a Board Member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City, Inc. Mr. Frome was selected as a “Super Lawyer†by the publisher of Law and Politics Magazine for 2007, 2008 and 2009. He has a B.S. degree from New York University, an L.L.B. Degree from Harvard University and an L.L.M. degree from New York University.
