Ms. Massari is originally from Puerto Rico, where she attended The University of Puerto Rico for her undergraduate degree, Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In her last year of college, she volunteered for The Outreach Needle & Syringe Exchange program. Besides providing harm reduction supplies, she provided patient care for the underserved population. After completing the undergraduate program, she relocated to Florida and worked as Nurse Case Manager for patients with Intellectual and Developm
