Belushin Law Firm P. C was founded by the New York City Personal Injury veteran, Vel Belushin with the primary aim of assisting New Yorkers who have been injured in one form of accident or the other. Together with his dedicated team of experts, Belushin is committed to protecting his clients' rights and ensuring that they are adequately compensated for their injuries, damages or the wrongful death of a loved one caused by the negligence of other people. Belushin believes that victims of car accidents, health and safety accidents at work, medical malpractice and/or negligence, must be compensated by the person or people and corporate entities through whose negligence they have been injured.
