This kendo class will teach you the importance of respecting your opponent and achieving a valid strike. Training will improve your strength, speed, stamina, reflexes, and concentration. Repetition will be the vehicle for your training and improvement in a discipline that encourages self-awareness (while being very enjoyable at the same time).
