This company needs to review their claim management process to ensure that it is more fair to customers. It lacks of transparency and appears to be fraught with fraud. I had my car dinged and scratched at one of this company's parking facilities on 145th Street in the harlem area. The car was only two weeks old - a Certfied pre-owned BMX X5 - and had no dent or scratch upon purchase. Their claim department denied my claim that it was dinged in their garage, even though their attendant admitted to it, and finger prints from whomever caused the damaged were still visible on the scratched door that someone tried to erase. The President of this firm needs to step up and review their claim management and review process. It appears to be rigged to protect the parking attendants or prevent action from being taken against the bad ones. Other than that the company otherwise provides good service. It also needs to review the backgrounds and conduct of their attendants more carefully. Steven G
