I've had friends stay here, and they've all been satisfied with with the accomodations. Plus, the location is pretty good. Definitely recommend it to tourists.

First, the hotel is imaginary, but the dining room is real...real, from scratch mexican food in a lively Acapulco 1952 setting. Breakfast served all day (what kind of hotel doesn't), quesadillas, nachos, burritos and tacos aplenty. Spicy Chicken Tinga, grilled skirt steak. Plenty of vegetarian riffs on carnivorous classics. Check in and check it out. Only, don't try to book a room.
