We are a team of dedicated massage therapists committed to helping you achieve optimal health benefits through therapeutic massage. Our practitioners are intuitive professionals who create sessions unique to your needs. We treat a variety of conditions ranging from work-related stress to the pain of repetitive strain injuries such as cell phone and computer overuse. As licensed professionals who specialize in pain management, we also practice medical massage, addressing specific physiological conditions and sports injuries. Each of our practitioners has over 1100 hours of training in a multitude of modalities including: sports massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage,and prenatal massage. While each practitioner has been trained in several modalities, we believe in a practical approach to massage and communicate with each of our clients to find the mix of techniques that works best for them. We have had great success treating everything from back, neck & shoulder pain to impingement syndromes and trigger points (knots). We are deeply committed to the well being of each of our clients.
