We are a full service Japanese ramen restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen, NYC with approximately 60 seats, with additional outdoor seating. Hide-Chan Ramen is found by Chef Hideto Kawahara in 1993, with its first location in Hakata, Japan. Chef Kawahara carries on his father's Tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen recipe dated back to 1963 Fukuoka. Together with his own creative and refinement, he expanded his ramen empire to over 20+ locations throughout Japan and internationally. Our partnership with Chef Kawahara began in July, 2019. We have combined his recipes with our friendly service to serve the local Hell’s Kitchen, NYC residences, office workers, and many international tourists. We have wine/beer license, and we open 7 days a week. Our food are consisted of Japanese ramen, appetizer, rice bowl, sushi rolls, alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage, and dessert.
