I went to this place for acupuncture, the treatment was fair. I asked for a medical note for my school and was looked at like I came from a different planet. When I finally got the excuse and took it to school I realized there was no date of visit on it and no signature. I was forced to go back to request another Doctor's note. The doctor spoke very little English and the older Chinese lady in the front (the cashier) acted as if she understood only a couple of English words and had the worst attitude I had ever experienced in a place of this sort. I have never seen that lack of willingness to cooperate with a customer in my life. It's funny how when she expressed what she wanted to say her English was OK, but when I asked her for the note I needed, there was a language barrier. Overall the visit and return was a horrible experience. I would not recommend this place at all because of their lack of customer service skills. Find a place that will help you.
