They push me hard, but just to the right point. If there are any problems, they change the exercise a bit and solve the problem. They helped show me a cardio exercise which would not fatigue my left knee, which has been a constant problem with my being able to keep up an exercise regimen.
They give personal training the definition it deserves--personal, focused on the individual client, professional and genuinely interested in progress and satisfaction.

Considering how many trainers there are in New York, it can sometimes be hard to find a trainer who is offering more than the standard workout. Luckily, I was able to find Hard Bodies Personal Training. They know how to get others in the best shape of their life with workouts that are both challenging & fun.

I'm an avid exerciser and always love a good workout so I decided to give Hard Bodies Personal Training a try. The trainers give encouragement and push me to my max. I highly recommend them.

The workouts are effective in engaging every muscle in your body and you can really feel that it's working. The trainers are very helpful with nutrition and will help you find a plan that works. Best of all, they are really caring and kind.

I had sustained a cycling-related knee injury, and my physical therapist recommended that I find a personal trainer who could help me build core strength as well as equalize strength in my legs. I think the results working with Hard Bodies Personal Training most powerfully. I was able to complete a 500+ mile bike ride, rode strong, and didn't have any problems with my knee injury. Working out at Hard Bodies Personal Training was a pleasure.

What a difference Hard Bodies Personal Training has made. I never used weights at the gym, so it was difficult at first. But after 3 sessions, I felt stronger and better about myself. The trainers are so knowledgeable about training and what it takes for a good workout-dedication and hard work. I have recommended them to a lot of people and they love it.

The standout for me here is the staff, where everyone knows your name and by everyone, I mean everyone. Every single trainer even the front desk attendant knows your name. This gym will make you push yourself to the limits. There are members here more than 2 times my age working out just as hard as any 20 year old I've seen!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful; they're there to help you meet your goals as much as you want them to.

If you want to turn yourself into an ultra fit hardcore athlete, they will get you there. If you want to get more toned, feel firmer, more conditioned and just be in better overall shape, they will get you there too.

The staff is very nice and well educated on all the latest fitness, health and nutritional trends. It is a fun and very effective way to get and shape and to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have always been an active person, however my trainer has really helped me to strive further and I have seen amazing results.

It is clean, welcoming space, with new equipment and friendly. They have the best personal trainers in New York who push you hard while making the sessions entertaining. All of the them seem committed to fitness and having fun at the same time.
