Its solutions include one-loan financings (through the firm's proprietary GOLD facility); senior, second lien and subordinated debt; preferred stock; and coinvestment equity. Based in Chicago, Ill., the firm also operates offices in New York and Atlanta. It provides its services to aerospace, defense, building products, consumer products, direct marketing, health care/medical services, industrial manufacturing, restaurants, retail, health clubs and software industries. Golub Capital provides services, such as identifying and negotiating add-on acquisitions, public offering or strategic transaction, enhancing sales, planning marketing or operations strategies and arranging management succession to a departing owner.
