The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (Morningside/West) General Surgery Residency Program refers to the residency programs located at our two hospitals on the West Side. Our mission is to help our residents develop the knowledge and skills to lead surgery into the 21st century. The educational program continually evolves to provide you with an outstanding experience, while delivering the highest quality of medical care to our patients. We offer our trainees broad clinical experience, innovative research opportunities, and an excellent quality of life during residency.
