M Jackson the King of Pop died June 26, 2009. The media broadcast that a woman from New York using the name Kathy George allegedly filed a claim against the estate and lost her case. She also claimed to live in Lakside, MT and the court checked her ID only to find out she lived in New York and not Montana. However, I do live in Lakeside, Montana and am very upset that some woman supposedly used my name and my address where I have lived since 2004. Identity theft hurts innocent people. This event has caused me a great deal of distress at work and at WalMart where the George line is sold from an alleged Kathy George in New York. I would appreciate it if this alleged New York K George would quit telling me I do not exist. During this time of grief it would be better to give condolences to the Jackson family rather that filing lawsuits to obtain goods that belong to the Michael Jackson estate and not anyone else.
