I took the AHA BLS Provider class last week at First Response Advantage and it was the first time I actually learned something! I've been taking this class every 2 years for about 10 years now and no one has ever taught the class the way Janice did. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The class was fun and stress free.
