Bellini Restaurant, located in New York City, serves Italian-style cuisine, including antipasti, pastas, meat and fish, and an extensive wine menu. The restaurant s menu includes creamless procini mushroom soup, escarole and bean soup, scialatelli, ricotta and spinach dumplings, linguine with baby clams, and spaghetti with bacon and eggs. Bellini also serves abborio rice in shrimp sauce, tuna seared in white vinegar, jumbo shrimp saut ed with white wine, grilled salmon served with shiitake mushrooms, golden fried calamari, chopped vegetable salad and artichokes saut ed with garlic and olive oil. It can seat up to 30 people in the private room and up to 100 people in the semiprivate dining area.
