Columbia Comprehensive Epilepsy Center provides care for individuals with epilepsy. The center offers advanced medical and surgical treatments for the management of epilepsy in children, adolescents, teenagers and adults. The Columbia Comprehensive Epilepsy Center provides diagnostic, seizure classification, evaluation and surgical services for treating epilepsy. It maintains an inpatient epilepsy monitoring unit that combines the video and electroencephalogram monitoring of patients to determine epilepsy type and the number and location of seizure onset in the brain. The center also specializes in providing magnetic resonance imaging and neuropsychological tests. The Columbia Comprehensive Epilepsy Center is located in New York City.
