My plasma TV broke down and I had a great experience - Empire fixed it in one day since I was desperate to get my TV fixed before a party - wow - great service! I would recommend them to everyone!

This place claimed to be able to repair a home theatre. After two weeks, I complained to the manufacturer who told them that they were not qualified and to send it to the manufactuer's depot. Weeks later, it turned out that Empire had just kept the machine because they "thought it was worth giving it a try" - so a month was just wasted. They're also incredibly rude, miss appointments, and appear to be incompetent. Their shop is terribly messy, piles of people's things on top of each other.
