I bought a 30$ fan from there, they didnt tell the shipping price but they said it would be the lowest possible, they charged 40$ for the GROUND shipping. From US to canada. Dont waste your money there.

I own a restaurant in Tribeca & in Soho.It was December 31st & we were prepped for full houses. Then the kitchen vent system stopped working.We called them to come over but they "don't make house calls".They did advise my handyman to go to the roof and check out the blower.He found the wheel had broken apart into many twisted pieces.They told him to remove the parts and bring them over to their store on Mercer Street. They put it together like a jigsaw puzzle and quoted a price.They "had to make it" for us. This was going to "take a week at best".After hearing this I freaked and called their boss explaining how important it was that we were up & running NOW!He found a wheel in stock that was close to the size that did the job, and they didn't screw me on the cost.I was so cool with the way they helped that I went back and bought spare parts for all three of my roof blowers as backups.I will buy all my fans & motors from them. They're my source for all this stuff.

They have everything you could need for ventilation. I am a building manager and when I have a problem locating a fan part I call them and so far they have come through EVERY time.
