Sandra Belmont, M.D. is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (F.A.C.S.); Director of the Resident Refractive Surgery/Laser Vision Correction Program, Clinical Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at New York University School of Medicine and founding Director of the Weill Cornell-New York Presbyterian Hospital Laser Vision Correction Center. She ranks as one of the select doctors that were first to establish laer vision correction in the U.S.
