Dr Jonathan Roy is a native New Yorker who spent much of his life in Queens NY. He completed his preliminary education in Astoria, Queens before he attended college in Adelphi University in Garden City, NY and earned a Bachelors in science. Dr. Roy continued his studies in Adelphi University while working in the Chemistry Department and earned his Masters in science to further his education. With a strong family background in medicine, Dr. Roy has always had his heart set towards patient care and decided to follow his vision in the field of Podiatry. He attended the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York, NY where he earned his medical degree as a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Roy gained his strong surgical education in the prestigious Mount Sinai Hospital where he earned a degree in Podiatric Reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. Dr. Roy was also elected as one of the chief residents in his final year in training where he managed a large group of 22 residents in the program alongside his director. Dr. Roy has worked in several New York hospitals and has treated a spectrum of pathologies seen in the foot and ankle. Dr Roy has a strong surgical background and his devoted to use his skills to aid those in need. He is AO/Fixation trained to handle trauma to the foot and ankle.

Dr. Roy is a kind doctor. He is very informed in his field and throughly explains feet issues and up to date and best medical practices. He has great bed side manners and is a very warm individual.

I have been to a handful of Podiatrists in NYC and Dr. Roy is hands down the best Dr. From the beginning was very detailed on what was causing my pain, how to treat without surgery and the options for surgery. He is exceptional at what he does and cant imagine going anywhere else. Because of him, I am no longer in pain!
Dr. Roy has been friendly, consider and an excellent communicator. I came to him in a great deal of pain and he's been very supportive and understanding to my situation and offered all of the help I've needed to bring me back to full health. He has also been very helpful in explaining thing to me in terms of what to expect and how to make me whole.
I feel blessed to know Dr. Roy and have him as my foot doctor. Dr Roy work tirelessly towards getting my procedure done.
