  Jaimie Glick, M.D. is a board certified dermatologist who treats patients of all ages–including pediatric and adolescents–with a specialty in acne, rosacea, and cosmetic dermatology. She is a highly regarded, compassionate physician who graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Glick earned her medical degree from the State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate College of Medicine where she was honored with the Benjamin Bender MD Award for Excellence in Clinical Dermatology. She completed her medical internship at Pennsylvania Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and returned to SUNY Downstate for her residency in dermatology.

  There are a number of approaches to treating acne and the scarring it often leaves behind. The drug Accutane is a popular and effective treatment, as are a number of other prescription meds and antibiotics. These are not always risk or side effect free and must be carefully monitored.
