General Info

Caroline attended Boston University for her undergraduate studies and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duke University. She has been with Finish Line PT since 2013. She earned certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She is recognized as a Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS) through the internationally acclaimed Gray Institute. A long-time runner, Caroline ran track in high school, focusing on the middle and long-distance events, in addition to playing softball and tennis. Her clinical background is in working with athletic patients; as a PT aide at the Boston University Physical Therapy Center during undergrad, with high school athletes in a small community hospital system in rural North Carolina, and at a physical therapy/sports and conditioning facility in Phoenix, AZ, that specialized in rehab for professional and collegiate athletes. In addition to running, Caroline enjoys varying her workouts with biking, resistance and strength training, plyometrics and yoga. She ran the 2013 New York City Marathon as a part of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training and completed the 2014 New York City Triathlon. She is also a coach with the RunSmart Kids Project, working with 3rd, 4th and 5th-grade students of all fitness and athletic levels.
