ZERO stars! I was their customer only because it was across my job. I witnessed the owner fighting with customers multiple times, but today I had a "pleasure" of her doing my nails...filling...for 1.5hr... What a HORRIBLE JOB she did: she was PAINFULLY rough on me, cut my skin, left clumps on my nails, was super rude. She managed to lose two customers in an hour. There was a lady who told her that she is NASTY and left as I was seated for service. So here some points:1. Prices are a SCAM-called them in advance twice; was told that filling is $30; was actually charged $40 because apparently, trimming the length of the nails costs extra $10 (it should be included as a part of filling price); talk to the OWNER who has MAJOR ANGER MANAGEMENT ISSUES. She had a tantrum, yelled at me, and threw $3 in my face. I told her that I will never come back. Then she pulled $3 back from me and said "Then, I will keep it". (LOL)2. Extra charges: $5 - to remove gel nail polish, when it should be included with the price of the gel manicure. Of course, you have to remove the previous polish to put a new one! Extra $3 for weekly polish, otherwise they will put a cheap polish that chips off next day.3. While I was drying my nails, a big fat COCKROACH was crawling on the wall right by my hands...no comments... 4. This place and the tools they use are UNSANITARY and should be reported to the Department of Health.I left $46 for a simple filling... I even brought my own gel...surprised she didn't charge me for allowing me to use it. I hope this extra money were worth of losing the customer. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO THERE!
