Chelsea High School is a vocational public high school. It offers physical education, humanities, mathematics, science, business and vocational programs. The school offers extracurricular activities, such as vocational projects, mentoring programs and educational tours. It has environmental, arts and adventure clubs. The school conducts study groups, leadership development programs and parent-teacher meetings. It also offers transit and summer programs, internships and technical seminars for the students. The school also operates the South of Houston Street Business Institute and the Chelsea Technical Institute. The school library offers books, magazines and audiovisual resources to the students.
