I find them very helpful. Whenever I have a problem with my phone they help me out I think when you nice to them they are nice to you I have seen that in their store, even the guy who works there told be that he respect me because I give them respect. Bottom line I love their service.

I also had a bad experience.Bought a headset that turned out to be incomaptible with my phone. Went in to get a refund and was called a " Liar"in front of other customers when I said that I couldnt get the headset to work with my phone.(meaning what? that I lied that the headset wasnt working and that I had to bother coming back to return it ?) The salesperson not only failed basic 101 in customer service, but also was unecessarly agressive and abusive. Stay away!.

These guys are fantastic! My poor old blackberry fell into a puddle and contained some precious photos and all my contacts. Not only did they set me up with a new phone at a great price but they also managed to recover all my data and transfer it to my new phone! Customer service like this is priceless, these guys are a true neighborhood store!

they have the best phone selection no doubt. the service is awesome and the staff are fully prepared about their products. highly recommended just a block away from zabars. i always swing by to buy something when i am in the neighborhood. oh also dont forget to check their whole line of international phones. highly Recommended!
