For nearly 20 years, B.R. Guest has continually redefined the restaurant experience for New York diners with an emphasis on hospitality, style and accessible cuisine. Coconut Grill, B.R. Guest's first venture, opened in 1987 on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Since then, the company has expanded to include 15 distinct dining destinations, with more on the way. The group includes Isabella's, Bar a 18, Atlantic Grill, Ocean Grill, Blue Water Grill, Ruby Foo's Dim Sum and Sushi Palace, Ruby Foo's Times Square, Blue Fin, Dos Caminos, Dos Caminos SoHo, Fiamma Osteria, Fiamma Trattoria in Las Vegas, Fiamma Trattoria in Scottsdale, Ariz., Vento Trattoria and the newly opened Blue Water Grill in Chicago. Mediterranean, classic American, regional Mexican, seafood, Italian and Pan-Asian cuisines are all represented on the roster, prepared by chefs who have proven to be some of the best in the business. Together, B.R. Guest's dining rooms have earned a collective 41 stars from the country's top newspapers and publications.
