Horrible service. I bought the Logitech Harmony One Remote for $165. I turned down purchasing a 2 year warranty (1 year comes with the remote) as the premium was over 18% and all I was getting was another year.Something happened with the remote in less than 3 months. It looked like the LED crystal broke. Best Buy told me I have to get in call the company. I ended up calling 3 times and waiting on the phone for over an hour before I got someone. I was told they were busy and to leave my number and e-mail address and someone will call me back. No one ever did. I called again today and gave the machine a reference number I was given and was told by machine that I am not eligible for technical help even though I am still under warranty.I should have been warned when I bought the unit that after 30 days I have to call the company, not Best Buy. All they told me was that I have 30 days to return it. Thay also should have told me these units are fragile. I will never buy from them again.
